Approaches To Studying Religions From Sophia does not fulfill 5A anymore. So if anyone is planning on taking it, save your time and energy and take Intro To Sociology.

That list has it as meeting 5A, so...

Well yeah because the list is from months ago when 5A was still accepted.
And the transfer database is wonky again...
If you look under Credly then Sophia, the course isn't listed in the GEC at all.
SOPH 0008
Approaches to Studying Religio
3.00
ANT 1XX
Anthropology Elective

But if you look under Sophia, then it's still listed for the GEC areas I listed above.

Update: Made changes to the title. Even if the Approaches To Studying Religions doesn't work for one spot, you should take it to fill other requirements, or use it as a free elective credit (depending on the degree, you can take anything for the free electives area). Just make sure you're not wasting your energy/time on a course that duplicates what you currently have.
In any case, with the changes to any course transfers at Sophia.org or UMPI, you should still take the bulk from Sophia.org and other ACE recommended for credit providers to get the maximum of 90 credits transferred in if at all possible. This is to lessen the number of credits to 30 max to complete at UMPI. Worst that can happen is, it goes to the free electives.
