FEMA on a Transcript - Bellevue Won't add!

Ok, so someone posted here a while back that Bellevue University added their FEMA transcript onto their Bellevue transcript. I had my PDS transcript sent to Bellevue since I'm a current grad student and they have indicated that won't add any credits onto a transcript unless it is being used for transfer credit and applied to their degree program. So disappointing! EC said they would add additional credits onto their transcript as unapplied credit, but I don't believe they will accept FEMA raw. Has this changed at all? What is the cheapest avenue to adding FEMA's to a college transcript? Any suggestions? I've not had much luck finding the old posts on this subject when I did a search. I think it is a glitch with the new format.

click on advanced search, search single content type, enter descriptors in key words box, then show results as threads or posts
