Ok. I understand now. <sigh>
Credit bank = total rip off. I should make that my siggy line.
Your school is not accepting FEMA because of the life experience issue (AKA credit for prior learning, portfolio credit, etc.)
Don't spend any more money, especially at TESC. Use CLEP/DSST. Get a WRITTEN list from your home college of CLEPs/DSSTs they accept. Take the WRITTEN list to your academic advisor and ask which classes
1. Count inside your degree as free electives
2. Do not duplicate existing credit
Have your academic advisor provide you with a WRITTEN list of the tests you can use, and start studying. You say you can't CLEP, but have you actually taken one (or two?) yet? They are multiple choice, and some are easier than others. If you end up with the list, you can post it here and everyone can help you eliminate any especially hard exams, and highlight the easier ones.
