Did you transfer in your entire degree, or do they still expect you to complete the 24 resident credits?

It appears that IS 007, 139 and 208 are now discontinued. When that happened to you, did you just find comparative courses for substitutes and petition for them?

95% are FEMA IS Courses. Read end of each EM course. EM-128 Citizen's Guide/Disaster Ass P 1 IS-007
P = Pass
1 = Quarter Credit Hour
IS-007 = FEMA IS Course

I asked for a waiver and did not have to do them.

I never added it up. $40 per course = inexpensive. I did pay $175 EM Conference fee. If you travel to take a State course that might be $$.

I see, though, that state trainers are only approved in five states, so your mileage may definitely vary.
