I am debating between COSC and Excelsior. I get a discount with Excelsior from my job so the costs aren't that different for me, but I read a few old posts on here that COSC may take FEMA transcripts directly? If that is the case it would save me some money in me not having to pay the $79 to convert them. But those posts weren't recent. Does anyone know if COSC takes FEMA transcripts directly or do you have to use FCC to transfer them in?

They take them direct...free of cost.
COSC follows the FCC credit recommendations....but doesn't require you to wash them through FCC.
I believe COSC is a little cheaper on the fee's as well.

Rebel100 is right (as usual), and I had this confirmed by COSC a couple of weeks ago.
