Make sure you're on the Take the Online Training tab

Scroll down, click on get certificate
Survey pops up but you can skip most of it, click Skip Survey and Get Certificate at the bottom.
Will require you to fill out the following section even with the skip: How would you like your name to appear on your certificate?
