I am banging my head....
I have done the same FEMA test twice and each time I have gotten the dreaded, "your test was not submitted".
I have cleared my cookies and deleted internet files...what am I missing here?
Thank You

Hmm, I only get that message when I've got cookies I need to delete. Have you tried deleting the cookies and restarting your browser? That would be annoying. Sorry!

I have deleted and restarted the browser. I just tried again and the same thing happened. I am about to give up on this.

Have you tried emailing them or calling them? I had a problem with something last year (can't remember what it was) and they had it fixed very quickly. You might give that a try. Don't give up!

I thought that I would update this in case someone else had the same issue.
I called this morning and the first thing the customer service rep asked was how long I was spending on the answer sheet before submitting it.
That was it...I was taking my good ole' sweet time and the page was essentially timing out. He said that it is good for about 20 minutes.
