FEMA, FCC and EC Question

On November 28, I rushed to apply for 4 FEMA credits at FCC in order to met the Dec 1 Deadline so I could have my credits sent to Excelsior before the end of the year.
I paid $240.00 for the four credits.

I had already spoken to the EC advisors a couple of times (latest being Dec 5th friday afternoon at 3:45p) and they said I had room for 4 more FEMA credits.

Then an hour later I received an email in my EC inbox stating that after I take my College Math and Humanities (which are must take Exams) I will no longer be needing those 4 FEMA Credits. Great and not so great in that I have already spent $240 to have the Fema credit converted.

FCC have not yet sent these credits to either I or Excelsior do you think....they might be able to refund me my $240.00?

I called them to find out...the lady that answered said they have already processed it even if the transaction has not showen on my Bank Card, but she said I should call back on Monday because Amy the person that handles all the transcation was out.

I hate to think that I will end up loosing $240.00
