FEMA Credits with Excelisor

EC will take them all up to the maximum that the Applied Professional credits it allows. None will be GEN EDU.

I did not get much help myself from the EC College of Liberal Arts at Excelsior. When I transferred to The School of Public Service it was 100% better.:patriot:
