LOL in all seriousness, I've only been here since December and I do love it in spite of the subzero temperatures.    However, when I was doing my research for cheap places to live with a B&M university that has a medical school, there were other options.   I recall looking at Arkansas thinking that it would be cheap.   But I just couldn't live in Arkansas.    So, there are other places out there and wanting to have a college with a medical school significantly limited us.
