Going the traditional way of completing assignments/written work is better, it's cheaper as well... I wouldn't want to waste $299 Euro on an exam that you can potentially fail! Even though it's 50 questions, you should work on your written skills and use this opportunity to fill any gaps in knowledge or learning...

I am in an ENEB program myself and thought I would chime in on this. First, the assignments do require some time and effort but help you put your thoughts on paper so to speak. Now everyone's time, and financial situation can be different, and I don't come from a one-size-fits-all point of view. I for one prefer to test out as much as possible, and assuming this option actually works out into a reduction of work needed I am okay with it.

There are people here who could benefit from being able to reduce the time they spend on writing since they earn an income doing other things of higher importance to them. Some of us here are long-term planers, and having the option is good at a time when getting graduate credit in a non-traditional way is much more limited.

I am in a position whereby a test would be a better format for me. However, I am somewhat anxious with regards to how the test format will affect transcripts and ultimately evaluations.

I do not think the exam option will have a mark for each subject. This can complicate transferability.
