Excelsior not accepting Penn Foster

I faced same problem with EC. Initially they didn't accept my PF - Info literacy course. Luckily, I had a chat with adviser while they were accepting this PF course. So I paid money and signed up for PF Info Literacy. Just before I started the class, again I checked with my adviser. I was told that EC will no longer accept it. I wrote an email to Dean. The Dean told me that they can accept the PF course if I could send my transcript before Jan-2014. Then I finished my course in a day and sent the transcript to EC. Saved a lot of money!
