Excelsior and Refund checks

To my Excelsior colleagues,

Does anyone else find it ridiculous that they estimate the refund checks to get to you by middle of June when the courses start on May 4.

They also stopped giving vouchers for books, and you must wait for the refund check to arrive, after a month in half for reimbursement. Oh.. and no direct deposit option. Jeez, aren't I use to public universities!

This is my first semester at Excelsior, but at other universities, I'm use to only waiting 2 weeks after courses start to get a refund check ...not a month and half!
