I know that TESC requires proctored exams with their undergrad courses and can't help but to imagine that would be the case with their MS Mgmt as well. I would imagine FL State would be the same. Excelsior doesn't require proctored exams, or at least didn't when I was taking undergrad MIS courses there in 2007. They did require projects, however, which were writing intensive.
