Excelsior Information Literacy course

Since it seems I need to bite the bullet and take this course, does anyone have any helpful hints? How exactly does it work- Do I need to wait until the month begins to start (May registration)? Does it take a whole semester to complete, or can it be finished early? Any insights are appreciated!

Someone suggested that I print the module resources and make a reference book with subheadings. I did and I got a 98. Really helpful to be able to look at the references on an open book exam. You do have to understand the modules, but they are very straightforward. I had more trouble getting around in the modules than I did with the actual course material.
