@shazim I think the TESU degree is easy to get. You can basically test out of it all except Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Data structures, Discrete Mathematics and the Capstone. Though these seem like you can use PLA for them if you have enough experience. For the elective credits you can use Study.com, Saylor and a few others.
Also computer science is the BEST major to work in IT. With a CS degree you can get employment in any field within technology superior to IT. I personally think CS commands more respect than IT in industry, with some certs and a little experience you'll have an edge. CS is better than IT in terms of career options, though if you have enough experience it dosen't matter, even a "thick the box" degree would be enough.
Excelsior can't say much. I don't personally enrolled in Excelsior so I cant talk much about them. But they are a good school, good reputation based on what I read on the forum.
I am personally signing up for University of the People, I was previously enrolled and left cause I thought it was to slow. Today I got an email stating registration is open and I am readmitted, since I allowed myself to fail courses from the term I din't finish I can only do one course now. The curriculum is solid and its affordable, I figure the bachelors will cost me about $2000 since I plan to transfer in the remainder of courses.
