I just enrolled with Excelsior after receiving my unofficial evaluation. Their "congratulations" message said that it would take 6-8 weeks for the official evaluation to be available.
Is that the time frame most people have encountered? If it was shorter for you, did they still tell you it would be 6-8 weeks, or might they have extended their time window?
Of course, it will take as long as it takes; I was just curious to see if people find it is usually done sooner. In the meantime, I will continue to take the exams that I believe will apply to my degree plan no matter what.

Yup, my official evaluation took about 8 weeks. Yet my unofficial eval took less time than they quoted me. Also keep in mind that were are in the graduation season (that's what they told me). Which supposedly means, they have a heavier workload...

Right, graduation season. I didn't think of that. Thanks for reminding me, Loredia.
I will sit tight and if I get it fast like bmills did, all the better! Plus, I just got a call scheduling shoulder surgery for the end of the month, so it turns out I will be distracted. Lucky me!

Wow, TEN weeks?! Yikes. I hope I'm guessing right on my exam path.
I'm planning to take Information Literacy locally (for $26!) and I may have to sign up before I get that approved if they take too long. Oh, well. I can start studying for th Psychology GRE early, too.

I'm not sure, but I think you have to take the Info Literacy with Excelsior.

Information Literacy does NOT have to be taken at EC...I have checked on this recently. The only required course for the business program is Business Policy from EC. I'm not sure about ther degree programs...
