I just came across this and thought you all might be interested to see who the #1 is on their list, even though it's from 2011:

I always cringe when I see schools like Harvard on lists like this. Hardly anyone pays sticker price at Harvard because their endowments are used for tuition. Some of these schools guarantee that students who come from families making under a certain amount will pay no tuition. I don't think a for-profit college would survive if it did that.

I do like how the article shows that College Board has a captive audience that they basically can force to do what they want, and they can charge whatever they want.
