Equivalent class to TESU MAN-331 Human Recourses Management?
#1
I am just finishing up my BSBA/HR from TESU and am focusing on the core HR classes. I have to take MAN-331 Human Recourses Management, but would like to take this class using non-traditional methods, due to the expensive cost of talking it through TESU. I found UEXEL BusX410 that will fulfil the requirement, but I would like to know what other options are available. Any suggestions?

Does it specifically need to be UL? Coopersmith has one but it's LL. Study.com also has a LL HRM course + a course that comes in as HRM-362 Human Resources Development.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

It depends on what other courses you have; you need 12cr of UL, so if you already have that, then you can take it as a LL course; if you only have 9cr of UL, then you'll need to take this one as UL.

Anywhere it's called "Human Resource Management" will work, so Study.com LL or UL, Coopersmith, DSST, UExcel (UL) will all work.

I spoke with my advisor who said that the three courses for the HR core have to be Man-331, Man-311, and Psy-360, with the remainder of the 9cr are elective courses within the HR focus. I looked up the TESU/Study.com equivalency and I can take everything through Study.com, except Man-331. Man-331 does not have an equivalency through Study.com, or as it appears.

Just FYI, your advisor will only tell you the classes that are available at TESU. They are neither familiar with nor will they recommend courses that are from alternate sources that will work.

What courses do you have for your AOS right now?
