Yes, you have to pay the whole enrollment fee. Also, the 'immediate' graduation will actually require about a 3-4 month leadtime even if you have all 120 credits ready to go. You've got to plan for TESC to have time to evaluate your transcripts, and then there are set grad app deadlines for TESC 4x/year, months in advance of the 4x/year TESC graduation dates.

But - here's the upside of the 12 month enrollment at TESC: if you so choose, you can get not 1, but 2 Bachelor's for the single enrollment fee. All you have to do is choose a significantly different degree from the 1st, then complete a minimum of 30 more credits for the 2nd (meeting all requirements for that degree, of course). You'll also have to pay a second grad fee and the diplomas will be granted a minimum of 3 months apart, but given the long-term value of the degree, that's really a pittance, and IMO is the best way to maximize ROI on the enrollment fee.

In any case, even if you choose to pursue a just a single degree from TESC, it's still a tremendously thrifty way to complete a degree, compared to traditional B&M avg. costs.

Also, how long can one wait between applying for a college and actually enrolling. Any advantage on the time of the year when one enrolls, ie. earlier in the year, late in the year? Assuming I am in no rush to get the degree.

You CAN also do it with one graduation fee if you wait and complete them both at the same time. You could list it on your resume as double major- which is technically two degrees. Seek advice of your TESC advisor.

For enrollment dates/deadlines, look up the filing dates and their graduation dates. There IS always a better date than others, just look at the schedule.
