Yes, but only 2 courses. You'll have to pay graduate credit level tuition for the other 2.

The cheapest path would actually be to take three of the poetry classes at four credits each and then two two-credit social science classes.

Based on your previous post, I believe there aren't any 2 credit classes that qualify and are fully-online?

One of the students that I took the PIA classes with went to the Graduate Certificate online advising session and was told that for the American Literature and Culture certificate, you need 8 credits in English and 8 credits in Social Science. So, the 2 credit hour Social Science classes that are partially on Campus would work, but you would need a total of 8 credits in Social Science.
I am seriously considering completing this certificate, but will probably end up taking the fully online classes.
