Does anyone have any last-minute advice for me on the English Literature CLEP? I'm taking it tomorrow (Monday, 16 March) at 6PM and I'm really nervous because I keep hearing it's really hard.

I've already read the Exam-Specific Feedback thread... I'm just looking to hear from others who've taken this test and passed and any last-minute tips from them.

I'm so nervous!!! :eek:

Um....let's see.......brush up on Shakespeare, Jane Austen, and Charles Dickens.

See SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides for literary summaries if you need them.

Make sure you're comfortable with literary jargon, such as iambic pentameter and stuff like that. A few questions might be jargon-related and you'll give yourself an edge if you know that stuff.

Don't panic--this test is definitely doable. Good luck!

I passed with a 69!! Yay!! I was really intimidated by what some other people posted, but I really didn't think it was that difficult. There were, however, about 5 works that I had to identify the author for that I had no clue on.
