Thomas Edison State College runs a standardized exam called "The Science of Nutrition." You may read more about this here:

Also, the National League of Nursing also has a challenge exam for Nutrition.

Has anyone ever taken either of these two exams ? If so, what was your impression of the test and what study materials did you use to pass the exam.
