Easiest and quickest degree currently from the big 3

Hello everyone here at these extremely helpful forums,

I was just wondering at the current time, if your only concern was getting a bachelors from one of the big 3 in the quickest and easiest manner, what would be the best option in your opinion? Meaning if you just needed a regionally accredited bachelors in any field obviously. I did a search and reviewed the wiki but couldn't find anything in relation that was totally up to date.
