Machelle Wrote:I am curious to know if anyone has passed Educational Psych or Humanities using only IC....anyone? I am taking these exams soon. I got exactly 60 on that exam. I had taken Accounting in the morning and agreed with the testing center that I would be back after lunch. I believe I casually studied for that one only for two and a half hours (including lunch with my in-laws). It was one of the coolest exams I have taken (in terms of confidence). I did think that I would be getting a better score and the end though. But for the effort expended, I really can't complain. I should mention that I had taken Introductory Psychology and Human Growth & Development 7 months before that one (the overlap must've surely helped)
Excelsior BSB - MIS concentration (119 credits in the bank)

I passed the Intro to Business Law with a 67, using only the IC study questions. Literally read them for the first time immediately before the test.

I'm pretty sure I made a 70 on this, I cannot find the paper and my university counts them as pass/fail so it isn't in my online transcript. I used only IC. This is one of the (if not THE) best threads on the Internet! -Jake

I wouldn't say A and I Lit is EASY per se, but if you can read Literature and you know common themes, it won't be too bad. I got a 73 on it with about 10 minutes of review on literary terms and that's it.
However the caveat is I read a lot for fun, I already know a lot of Literature, and I like analyzing, so for someone who doesn't like reading and interpreting, it may be difficult.
I'm done!

DSST - 68 Using only the IC flash cards, the IC forum setup specifically for the exam (very helpful posts in there) and the Internet to look up stats, definitions, etc. Put in about 10 hours total, including the exam. -Jake

Hey instacert people, why don't you guys sticky this thread, or better yet, make it a topic on the main discussion board page or something? I'll bet there are a lot of us on here looking for the lowest hanging fruit. |
