Hmm weird, which Evaluation Agency did you go with? It shouldn't take that long, most should take would be 4 weeks.  I mean, many of them have "express" evaluations that they charge double to get it done in 5 days, on average it should take no more than 10-15 days.  Even with what's going on in the world, I would say 4-6 weeks at most, which is 28-42 days...

From what he's written, it sounds like the problem is with ENEB rather than the evaluation agency.
