I took a DSST test Feb 13 and another one two weeks later (aced them, thank you). TESU has no received either. If you have taken a DSST exam how long does it usually take for the school to receive the transcript? I have been spoiled by CLEP which has never been more than two weeks.
Also, I am trying to figure out how long it takes TESU to post ACE, CLEP and DSST credit. Sometimes it has been less than a month other times more than a month. I figure they must do it at a particular time everymonth. Any idea when that is?

Generally, TESU has taken a full 20 business days from the date they receive your transcript. There are two exceptions I'm aware of. One is if you're close to graduation, in which case they will expedite. The second is if you send in a number of transcripts, they'll count off the 20 days from when they receive the first one, then do all the transcripts they have even if some came in later.
Recently, they had some delays where transcripts that came in close to Jan 1 were held up longer, and when they finally played catch up, it looked to me like they also picked up some that hadn't sat around the full 20 days.

Not to assume the obvious, did you indicate to have your scores sent to TESU and or request a transcript from DSST?

In that case, I'd get on the phone to confirm that they are in process. That seems like PLENTY of time for the transcript to process. I honestly don't remember how long it took mine to get to TESU - but a month? Seems too long.

It really sounds like you need to follow up with DSST to make sure that your scores were actually sent and TESU to make sure they haven't misplaced them. It also couldn't hurt to hunt through your spam folder to make sure you didn't get an email from TESU saying they received your scores.
