Anyone know of any early childhood education certificates or something similar that is teaching related that can be completed online in a relatively short amount of time?
I am going to do a TEFL certificate once I am finished my capstone course, but just wondering if there is anything else that is fairly simple that I can add as well.

I wouldn't call it simple, but it is possible to complete the Walden Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Administration for free within one term. This would be a fairly significant time commitment for three months, but it is possible. Even if you didn't complete it, you could get several free graduate classes with an early childhood focus.
Texas Agrilife Extension has classes that can be used towards a Child Development Associate credential:

They are, unfortunately, about to go through a format change, so there may be significant changes to this program.

No. At least not directly. These online hours would fill the educational requirements for the CDA:
https://www.cdacouncil.org/about/cda-credential
The CDA is worth six credits at both TESU and COSC, but it would be too much work for six credits unless someone wanted the credential. The credits would be a side benefit.

I'd love more information on TAMU. Which courses right now can lead to a CDA and where could I get that credential verified? Thanks!
1. Prep Phase: Hopeless, 15 credits, need a BA fast, never heard of TESU
2. TESU BALS: 121/120 (9 months)
3. RN Paramedic Bridge - Excelsior (9 months + CPNE wait)
4. WGU RN -> BSN
5. BSN -> MSN/FNP
