I have taken and passed AP Euro History in high school and scored a 3 on the exam. How many credits is it worth? And if any what requirements would it fullfill in a BA of Social Studies?

If you look in the ACE database, ACE recommends 6 hours credit. But it is up to the school you are trying to send the credit to. The Big 3 usually take the ACE recommendations without complaint. Other schools have their own policies.
I took this in HS as well but blew off the test. Oy.

Quite a few degree plans on the wiki for TESC degrees. They all come from this forum.
