eyrobinson,
The credits are posted as follows:
- The scores for each type of exam (CLEP/DANTES/EC) are grouped together in separate sections and are listed in the order that you took them.
- Each line will list the month and year it was taken; the name of the exam, the score you received on the exam and the grade you earned (or "P" if you passed).
- Across from that it lists the credits you earned for that exam and what category they fall under, i.e. Humanities, Social Science/History, Core Requirements, etc.
- At the very bottom of all of these sections, it lists "Historical Evaluation Listing" which totals up all of the credits you have earned in each category, along with a grand total of all credits earned to date.
I hope that makes sense and that it helps!

My transcript looked pretty similar without the explanations of what was needed. Sorry I missed the EC part

Lol, thanks anyway. I'm trying to apply to a federal government job and I need transcripts from EC. So...since my evaluation hasn't been done I have no idea what my transcript will look like and how the credits will appear on it. I just need a copy of someone's transcript so I can apply what credits I have earned to it and submit it with my application.

Does anyone have an excelsior transcript that they wouldn't mind sharing. I like the way the tesc one looks because the tests blend right in. I am curious to see what excelsior's looks like, I will be enrolling pretty soon.
I wish that excelsior didn't show the dates with the tests, I will be doing them all within a very short period of time. A future employer might think that they were really easy or something.

eyrobinson,
You would not be able to submit a transcript that has been copied and then doctored (if that is what you were thinking??).
If you are applying for a job with the federal government and they need to see your college transcript, it would have to be an "official transcript" that comes from Excelsior. The transcript can be mailed directly to you (to submit with your application) or directly to the prospective employer, and it will be in an envelope with a seal on it and that
seal cannot be be broken before the prospective employer sees it.
Sorry!! :o

No, I don't need an official transcript at the moment. I need proof that I have completed at least 60 units, so an unofficial transcript will suffice. It has to be uploaded. Now later on if I do get hired I WILL need the official transcript. HOPEFULLY by then I will be able to get an official transcript. Slow a** EC!
