Well, since you're posting here, you are already a member of the free portion of the Instantcert forum. If you want to sign up for the Instantcert flashcards, then you go to this page here. The cost is $20/mo or $108 for 6 months. Along with the flashcards, you will get access to the "Specific Exam Feedback". It should be the fifth section when you're on the main forum page and says "Private" until you have paid the monthly fee. The feedback is priceless and well worth the money in my opinion.

Hope that helps and welcome to the forum! Smile

Otherwise, you can chat away here and learn a little about how things work and once you are ready to prepare to take some exams then you will have a better idea of what is required to learn the information on the flashcards or what books people have found helpful which is usually found in the exam specific pages. The first thing to think about is what you'd like you're degree in. Then you consider which college you'd like to go to. With many CLEP and DSST exams lots of colleges take them and either substitute courses in your four year degree or give you credit for the exam that you passed. So this site can be used in two different ways as a source of inspiration to test out of a lot of your degree requirements, sometimes up to 95 % of the complete degree can be done this way at what is known on this forum as the big three. Or it can be used to test out of subjects as you are already enrolled in a community college and this will allow you to get your associates degree faster.
There is tons of information on this forum and some really knowledgeable people. Some have even written a book and others run blogs or websites about this method of getting college credit for what you already know. So browse around, when you are ready to begin collecting credits for your degree sign up to Instantcert, find the correct study materials for the test and work hard. This method requires the same amount of study as a regular course but without the fees. This can save you thousands of dollars over time.
Don't forget that gaining college credit by taking exams is one of the reason's we're here. That's mainly possible through the flashcards made available by the owner of this forum : InstantCert Plus of course your hard work in learning and reviewing

Welcome. Now take your time read over some of the old threads and don't miss Degree Forum Wiki it will help explain a lot of things. Feel free to ask questions , but search first to see if the question has already been answered.

The people on this forum are friendly, helpful and supportive. When I started here I had no idea what I was doing. I also agree with the suggestions above. With the help you get here you can earn a degree cheaper and faster then you thought possible. But you will have to earn it, we just help you plan your path.
