Excelsior -Credits not accepted?

I just transferred to Excelsior and noticed they didn't transfer the Intro to Educational Psych Clep. Does this class no longer fulfill Excelsior's Psych requirement??

I attended Kaplan University, and while Excelisor transferred all classes that I had attended (and got grades for), they DID NOT transfer the classes that I either wrote 12-page Experiential Portfolios for nor the 3 classes that allowed me to take their test for credit (like intro to computers, intro to software,etc).

This confuses me, cause Excelsior boasts its flexibility to create Experience Portfolios (that correspond to a specific class's requirements) as well as accept any credit that is ACE approved or Accreddited Regionally (as those 3 intro computer classes would fall into).

Has anyone done this battle for credits before with Excelisor? Any suggestions or advice?

It could just be a mistake - give Excelsior a call to double check. I'm also enrolled with Excelsior and took the Ed Psyc CLEP, and I did receive credit for it.

I must have sent like 10 messages back and forth which just went in circles the past month.

I called, per advice on this forum, and the Excelsior woman was very helpful. Moved the Intro to Education Psych CLEP as a requirement filler, and said that she needed to fill out a form that would get sent to Kaplan University asking them specific questions on my experiential learning Portfolio credits. She said most likely I would receive the credits in 2 to 6 weeks.
