I assume you're trying to graduate in June? Go ahead and apply for graduation by Mar 1. You can take all the way until fairly late in May to get the last courses in. If you don't make it, no harm done, they just roll you over to Sept graduation.

However, if you want to graduate in June you need to start the capstone in the Feb term. That means you would have to hurry to apply to the school and register for the course, plus paying $150 for late registration.

In that case, you could take the capstone in or before the May term, and apply for Sept graduation (and pay the residency waiver) some time in June. You would have until late in August to get the last credits in, which should be plenty of time...but if for some reason you didn't make it, you would be rolled over to Dec.
