Just going over this again and all I can say is WOW! You helped so much. There is a JR college in my town that has a degree I can get fully online. I can use the cost of living you told me about to pay for study.com.  Man I am stoked.

From one 77 to another 77 - don't do the JR college (Snow College) - stick with your dream and first choice COSC... Here are the reasons why.

1) Recognition, even though Snow College is currently ranked #1, it's generally an undergraduate college that primarily offers Associates with just a couple of Bachelors.  
COSC has more Associates & Bachelors offerings and has a similar reputation - Forbes #2 in Adult Education and #1 in Best College Reviews

2) Cost, since you're strapped for cash, COSC is the cheapest of the Big 3.  And it's much much cheaper than Snow College.
For the cost of an Associates at Snow, you can get a Bachelors at COSC.  You can use the extra $ you save for a Masters at WGU.

3) Easy transfer of credits, COSC only requires 6 residency credits (Cornerstone & Capstone).  You can take as many cheap/easy/fast ACE/NCCRS credits.
Snow requires 21 residency credits at the college.  This will be slower to complete as you will need more time to complete those courses.
Extra Value: This will also allow you to complete an Associates en route to a Bachelors at COSC, the associates would be FREE!

Just a note: If you don't mind or want to save more - you can, with Nationally Accredited degree providers such as the ones mentioned by armstrongsubero.  
As you can transfer the degrees to WGU or Capella/Walden. However, I would still recommend a Regionally Accredited undergrad instead for ~ the same cost.

You should start with the Free Credits, do all of them, do the CSM Learn, then take the ALEKS College Algebra/Trigonometry, and take all the OnlineDegree.com
Once done, you can PM me or update the thread and I'll get you to do another set of courses so they transfer to COSC.  Is there particular degree you are looking at?

No way. You are so correct. I can't believe Snow is not accredited and I can get an entire BA at COSC for the price of one semester at Snow. 

The reality of my disability is that full time employment is more than likely not possible. However, I should be able to progress to at least 25 hours a week with proper accommodations. I think I would be good at counseling, social work, or something in the not for profit sector. Maybe I could work for the government. So I'm still in the process of deciding witch degree to persu. 

It would be very helpful if you could give me a degree plan for just the genereal education courses for any non business degree at COSC. 

One more option is vocational rehabilitation state government might pay for everything if I can show the total price and a full degre plan. It takes several months to get an appointment and I've heard horror stories about there funding not comming in fast enough, but it's worth a shot. I could start working on the gen ed while waiting for the appointment.

MANY things here have changed since this post was written, so I wouldn't necessarily follow any of this advice without more info.
