Hi all i have over 200 clock hours of Certified drug and alcohol training for my CADC license.
Is there anywhere I can make these clock hours into anything?
Each course is 8 or 12 hours and they are supposed to be worth ceu's or so i was told. I didnt see them registered in ACE for credit nor the company. But this is a course that is licensed by each state and very much regulated. There has to be something somewhere that im not seeing.
thanks

The license is another long procedure there after.

I could not find anyplace that was giving credits for this but I did find the below which might save you some time if some of your psychology courses duplicate the work in the cert's you still need to obtain.

Q. I have a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree, and some of my courses covered the same coursework as the CADC/LCADC education. Do I have to take those courses all over again?
A. If you received your education from a regionally-accredited college or university, regardless of how long ago it was, you might not have to take all of the courses. The agency that makes that determination is the Certification Board. Obtain a copy of your transcript, and compare the courses you took to the list of courses on page 15 of the "Regular Application" for the CADC/LCADC (see the first question above for information on how to get that application). Determine which courses you think were covered by your undergraduate or graduate classes, and send that information to the Certification Board, with a check for $50. They will decide which courses you still need to take. You can download the form you will need to fill out and send to the Certification Board by visiting
