What is the difference between a CLEP and a DANTES?
#1
Hey How are you guys doing,

Who can take the DANTES? I know I can take the CLEP exam because I am a regular college student but what about the DANTES?

Thanks,

Vick

Anyone can take a dsst exam, though it started as a program for those in the military. Testing locations and more info can be found here: DSST - GetCollegeCredit.com You will find that some colleges/areas accept clep more then dsst and vice versa, so you may want to check with whatever college you want the credits to go to in order to see if they are accepted.

Yeah, but DSST also has much more vague questions. Cool Big Grin I personally prefer the CLEPs--I scored higher on most of my CLEPs than most of my DSSTs, even though I had the same intensity level of study for both.
