I can only speak for the straighterline accounting course that I have on an FHSU transcript, it does have a grade on the transcript

A review of the straighterline site does not show a credit awarded course number* for FHSU for business stat- so I would ask them ( Straighterline and FHSU) about this.
It may be that they will only accept that on an ACE transcript at FHSU or maybe they will not accept it at all.
