Does Excelsior Area Of Focus reflect on BA Degree

As the title states, Does the Area of Focus you gain while doing a liberal arts BA degree at Excelsior actually show up on the degree itself, or is an Area of Focus like a high five and isn't recorded anywhere to be helpful for job hunting?

Yes, an Area of Focus (which is like a minor) is listed on the transcript. It is not listed on the diploma. Depths are not listed on either. Majors are on both; see this diploma:

From my understanding, the transcript is what matters. A diploma is little more than a wall decoration.

A lot of schools don't list the major on the diploma. I have never had to show a diploma to an employer. They either just want the transcripts or they'll accept a transcript or diploma. From my experience, they usually only want to see the transcript.
