A few minutes ago I finally received a grade on the final paper of my Capstone course (a 100% BTW -- and yeah, I'm bragging
). Now I can apply for graduation and become a college grad!
My instructor was Catherine Peck. I thought she was a great instructor -- especially for a course done online. All my correspondence with her was through initial samples she provided of Capstone papers done by prior students and through her comments on my submitted papers. She can be pretty tough and a stickler for grammar, spelling, and proper use and format of citations. I didn't get 100% on all my Capstone papers. :o However, I did turn in one paper that was at best a rough draft of a rough draft, and although I had a legitimate reason (excuse) for doing so, she could have really whacked me, but she was understanding and gave me a break.
In any event, I'm just really happy to be done.
