I'm thinking they probably have calculus based physics

University of New England.
They offer science prerequisites for health professions:  UNE Courses
They are pricey compared to others at $360 a credit hour plus $30 registration fee for each course.

Be careful there, their Physics courses are Algebra-based, rather than calculus-based.

BYU Independent Study offers a calculus-based physics with lab sequence (3 x 3 credits) at $212 per credit, plus other relevant courses.

University Courses | BYU Continuing Education

APUS offers calculus-based physics I & II with lab (2 x 4 credits) at $285 per credit, plus other relevant courses.  These are not self paced but are fast and start monthly.

I can't find any calc-based physics courses through my usual avenues.  NMJC has them (PH214: Engineering Physics I & PH224: Engineering Physics II), but I don't see them on the schedule at all for the last year, online or otherwise.
That is first time I see the Texas A&M self paced courses, other than the price, are they ACE? Would love a list showing which ones transfer as UL to the big3

Maybe I'm displaying my ignorance on these issues but if it's a for-credit course from an RA university, why wouldn't it transfer?

These are RA courses, not ACE.
