Hi this is my first CLEP and I'm curious as to how I will do. I downloaded and started studying off the study guide posted. I did a dry run before studying on two tests. I took the Cracking the CLEP and got a 96/120 raw and on the College board practice test I got a 67/86. How indicative is this that I'm fine? I'm just nervous and figured if I get at least half right on the raw I'm guaranteed the pass.

I'd schedule a CLEP test and practice some more before the test takes place.

This clep is relatively easy and should fly through with basic knowledge. Listen to people on this site.

I studied way too much for this one. It's such a broad scope that it's very hard to efficiently study for - you can read an entire book on the history of Russia and get one or no questions about Russia. With the scores you've posted, you should be fine, especially if you're only aiming to score at least a 50.
