Degree plan help? Transfer to TESC now or after more classes?

After reviewing my coursework from years ago with an advisor at my local CC, I'm doubting my decision to take classes and pay out of pocket. I'm on academic restriction due to completion rate/GPA - I amassed a year's worth of WF's half a decade ago. My cumulative gpa is 1.6, and can be raised up to about a 2.5 at most if I complete my AS program with 4.0's for the remaining semesters. I have 24 earned credits from in seat classes, and 6 more from CLEP/AP tests. I've been plugging things in to see where the best value would be - at my restricted rate of coursework, I can't graduate with an AS for 5-6 semesters, each costing between 1000 and 1500. My credit breaks down as follows:

AP Psych Exam: 3 Credits, transcribed as Psych 101 (Intro to Psych)
CLEP C04: 3 Credits, transcribed as English 111 (English Comp)
First Year Seminar: 1 Credit
CINS 101, 3 Credits, Introduction to Microcomputers
COMM 101, 3 Credits, Fund. Public Speaking
English 249, 3 Credits, Linguistics
History 102, 3 Credits, American History: 1877 to present
Phil 102, 3 Credits, Intro to Ethics
Fitn 100, 2 Credits, Lifetime Fitness and Wellness
Geog 207, World Geography 3 Credits
Math 118, Concepts in Math, 3 Credits

I am currently enrolled for two classes starting in October, Eng 112 (exposition), and Math 136 (College Algebra and Trig). After receiving my invoice today for tuition (1,055) - I think it might be wiser to give up on the CC route and transfer right into TESC. From what I'm looking at, attempting either a Social Science or Psych BA would be decently within my reach, no? I'd really prefer to find a way to do the Nat Science/Mathematics Degree, but heavier on the science than the math. I'm looking into Straighterline courses for that, and have amassed all the spreadsheets and info from here, but I'm feeling like I'm missing a resource that explains which courses/tests can be used for which categories at TESC. Sorry if I'm asking for information readily available - this is all a bit overwhelming!
