Hello!
I have already earned 77 credits, but many of them are in hospitality management and culinary arts.
Does anyone have any suggestions on the most cost and time efficient path to a degree?
Thank you!

Please provide us the school you've gone to and the courses you have taken.
Review the Beginners Guide and the Wiki - create a plan of action from it!
If you can, create a spreadsheet of those courses or just type it into the thread.
We'll give you an action plan and recommendations of the cheapest/easiest/fastest courses.

Before seeing your credits, I'm thinking that you can possibly do the BSBA in a Learner Designed Area of Study at TESU. Your LDAS can be hospitality management. If you have more culinary arts credits, and they aren't seen as vocational, then COSC's individualized studies program might be best.

TESU has a BSPS (BS in Professional Studies), with an option for a Specialized Career Track in Culinary Arts/Hospitality. But, they only have 15cr in that area.
My advice would be to apply to TESU for the BSPS to see where they put all of these credits that you have, but I honestly think they are going to put a lot of them in Free Electives, and there's a 9cr max in the BSPS. So you would end up losing a lot of your credits. Once they evaluate the courses, you could see what the BALS (BA in Liberal Studies) looks like - there are more options for Free Electives - but less freedom in the Area of Study for these credits.
Then, you should also apply to COSC to see what they do. For someone in your situation, with a lot of credits that won't fit neatly into a degree at TESU, COSC will probably be a better option.

From looking at those credits, I think you have 30 credits usable for general education.
The other 30+ can be used as electives or free electives depending on the degree.
My suggestion is to start quickly with the FREE credits and then work your way with ALEKS.
Apply quickly to the Study.com scholarship to enjoy 3 months/6 courses free.
You should apply to Excelsior (study.com partner) /WGU and get an evaluation as well (they offer free application fee).
Apply to TESU and get an evaluation of your credits and decide on your degree path when everything comes in.
You should work on the remainder of your general education requirements while you're deciding/waiting.
The places you should look at getting credit are on the Beginners Guide and wiki pages.
Suggestions for cheap/easy/fast credits are: Saylor for cheap, Straighterline for speed, Study.com for a mix of both
Essentially, your entire degree can be done with those 3 providers

I am currently leaning towards TESU. It appears that the BSBA in General Management might be the best path to take.

Just be aware that you will probably only get the following credits:
ORAL COMM REQUIREMENT - Public Speaking 3cr
DIVERSITY REQUIREMENT - Intro to Sociology 3cr
KNOWLEDGE OF HUMAN CULTURES:
Fundamentals of Communication 3cr
Communication Skills I 2cr
Communication Skills II 2cr
GEN ED ELECTIVES
General Psych 3cr
Encounters in Humanities 3cr
PROF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
Macroeconomics 3cr
AREA OF STUDY: GENERAL MANAGEMENT (not sure which area these will fall into)
Purchasing & Cost Control 3cr
Hospitality Management 4cr
Anything having to do with food, wine, culinary arts, etc will be lost as there is nowhere for them to go in this plan. They are not considered Gen Ed's, so would be Free Electives, and so you can only use 6cr of them in this area.
So, I'm guessing that you will get 32cr out of the deal.

I think you should look into COSC instead, as they will bring in a lot more of your credits than the BSBA will bring in.

What would you recommend? Liberal Studies?
