I know this will sound like there is an "echo" in the thread, but I will re-affirm the advice that if you have a specific grad program in mind, it would be to your great advantage to work backward from that goal.
Find about 3 grad schools that you can afford and would like to attend. Don't be afraid to include a more selective school in that list. Research their application requirements. Find out which undergrad school (COSC, EC, TESU) has the most advantageous credit/degree mix that will get you into your grad school. Plot out your current credits with the needed credits and the cost/speed of each. Make your choice and execute! Don't forget that some grad schools want references, some either professional/academic or some combination of both. If you need an academic recommendation, consider getting one from a current professor or plan on taking an online course to get it.
EDIT: On a second note, I remember OSU being on the quarter-hour system. Are the credits you listed above under the quarter-hours? If so, you need to multiply them by 0.67 to get the equivalent semester hours you will get at TESU, COSC. Also, does your Army JST have additional courses that perhaps OSU did not accept? TESU and COSC are very military friendly and there may be a few more credits in there.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
