After some searching the highest degree that was found and allows all tests to be tested out of is a masters degree in liberal arts.
Is it possible to just take CLEP classes and get a degree?

For most other degrees, you would need to take at least a Capstone course directly from the school. Excelsior also requires a 1-hour Information Literacy class and COSC requires both a Cornerstone and a Capstone. None of these schools count community college credit as upper level credit. Is there a degree plan layout to what you have described? I'm really interested in that.

Bricabrac has a signature link to how to complete the degree using TECEPs, and UptonSinclair has several templates with testing possibilities in his signature. Also, Sanantone has put together a bunch of resources on the Wiki pages.
