Simplified and Updated Degree Plan for UMPI BABA in PM & IS

So I've made a fair bit of headway into my degree plan. I've simplified and updated my plan since my first attempt at putting one together which I've attached to this thread. Grateful for any feedback anyone has. Few questions I have on the plan (corresponding rows in plan highlighted in yellow in the plan):

1. Does Sophia's Conflict Resolution cover BUS 210 Organizational Communication (renamed to COM 210 on UMPI site)? If not, what's the easiest alternative?
   
2. Is there an alternative to SDCs 301: Applied Managerial Accounting (super boring) for UMPI's BUS 220 course?
   
3. Is there an alternative to SDCs 303: Management Information Systems (super boring) for UMPI's BUS 244 Management Information Systems?
   
4. I am not going to transfer in Sophia's Project Management Course as per recommendations. Wanted to re-confirm thats the right thing to do.
   
5. Am I taking the right classes in UMPI?

I've done some digging around and SDC offer 3 courses which cover BUS/COM 210:

1. Business 305: Leadership Communication. Available Lessons: 129
   
2. Business 313: Organizational Communication. Available Lessons: 83
   
3. Business 324: Managerial Communication. Available Lessons: 97
   

Does anyone here have any experience with any of the above 3?
