Davar MAN390 Managerial Communications UL or LL?

NCCRS database says that it is an UL course.

Then the TESU transfer list Davar Academy has on their website says that TESU takes it as Upper Level.

I know someone who transferred it into TESU as upper level just this spring.
I would contact TESU and/or Davar Academy to get clarification.

Can you show where you see UL? I see this:  Credit recommendation: 

In the lower division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 3 semester hours in Business or Management (11/16) (3/22 revalidation).

Who specifically do I speak with at TESU to ask how a course will come in?  Thanks!
