Starting April 18, 2016, eligible military service member students who do not pass their first exam will be eligible for one free retake. Students will be able to take advantage of this promotion by providing a voucher code at the time of retest. The voucher code will be sent to students via email 1-2 days after taking the exam. Please note the DSST Public Speaking Exam is not applicable for the second shot promotion. Students taking this exam will not receive a voucher.
Students will be able to take advantage of the promotion until May 21, 2016. As part of this limited time promotional offer we have reduced the standard wait period to retake a DSST exam from 90-days to 30-days beginning April 18, 2016.
*It is important to note that the voucher code will be specific to the failed exam title and may only be used once. Voucher codes must be redeemed by August 1, 2016. On June 1, 2016 all DSST exams will return to the standard 90-day waiting period retake policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your college or university accepts DSST exams for credit.
