Quite welcome - I'm all about squeezing every drop of value out of the enrollment fee TESC charges!
BK - yes, the Business courses/tests can be counted as Free Electives for the BA. BUT - as Sam mentioned, TESC is very fussy about granting a second degree in the same general program (i.e., two BAs) and about granting an Associates after granting a Bachelors. It's much easier to have them grant a BA (in whatever) as one degree and an 'applied' BS, such as a BSBA (in whatever), as a second degree.
It's personal preference as to whether to do a BA before or after a BS, but they won't let you do an AA after a BA, because they're both in the same program and the BA is a higher level degree within that program. I'm really not sure about whether they would let you do an ASBA after the BA, because that would be in two different programs, but really, given the difference between requirements for an ASBA and a BSBA, IMO it would be more valuable to go for the BSBA instead of the ASBA, anyway - the additional credit requirements between an ASBA vs. BSBA on top of the requirements for the BA already done are pretty minimal. 30 credits is only 10 tests/courses, which after the 120 credits for the first bachelor's seems a lot more doable.
Transferring in CLEP/DSST scores later won't work - TESC's rules about the 2nd bachelors are based on completing the additional requirements after completing the requirements for the first. But, you can have the Bus. tests you've already completed applied as Free Electives if you decide to go for a BA first and then a BSBA, or you could have some of the GenEds applied as Free Electives if you choose to go for a BSBA first, in which case the Bus. tests would apply towards the BSBA.
What I'd suggest is creating a SS for both degrees using the degree requirements on TESC's website, and then map out where your different courses/tests would apply for both, using TESCs list of course equivalencies. Then you can make a decision on which degree you want to pursue completion of first, wich tests/courses you'll need to complete for that degree, and which ones you want to leave for the second degree.
