Has anyone done this? I submitted my request on ACE website on 12/24 and it is still pending. Just confused as to why is it taking so long. I had bunch of test that I completed in 2015 and requesting them all on ACE. With ALEKS or others it was fast approval. Just asking others about their experience.
TESU - BSBA General Management (Completed !!)
WGU MBA - Journey Started for 2016 -2017 .
C200 Managing Organizations and Leading People (Complete 11/7/16)
C202 Managing Human Capital
C211 Global Economics for Managers
Sometimes they take a little longer than usual... I had the same scenario and just received approvals today.
Wait a few more days, if no response then hunt them down.

CLEP & DSST aren't setup for online credit verification with ACE. You must have a paper transcript sent to ACE by CLEP ($25) & DSST ($35). Once you have the transcript sent, it takes about 3 weeks to get to ACE from each. Make sure that right after you have CLEP & DSST send the transcript, you fill out the data online on ACE's site. It will sit as pending until they get the paper. From my experience, with doing this a few times now, ACE is on the ball. Electronic verification credits (not CLEP or DSST) goes through super fast and as soon as they get the paper, they are posted within a day or two. Additionally, when you send an ACE transcript, they have an electronic system. Typically, if I send a transcript today (to TESC), the next morning, I can see confirmation that the college received it and who from the college received it. I've never had any problem at all and their phone support is great.
Good luck!
Best regards,
Mike

I sent my CLEP and DSST directly to TESC and never had a problem. Took a few weeks transit/post time but it was easy.

BSBA - Operations Management, TESU, Sept. 2015
AAS - Dietetic Technology, Middlesex County College, May 1999
Thanks Guys, I didn't know DSST and CLEP does not have electronic verification system. Since ACE is rather fast I figured if all my credits are on one transcript then it will be easier to send it wherever and whenever I need it without going through various institutions.

why not just have the score sent directly to the school
Didn't someone a while back say ACE wouldn't put their CLEP on their ACE transcript? I think it was Hannah- she doesn't follow every post, but I'll tag her for input. IF this were an option, it would save a bundle of cash.

Don't feel bad. The only way I found out was the first time that I filled out the online ACE DSST request, it sat there for a week and then I decided to call. That's when they explained that it just sits there until a paper transcript is recieved. I wish their site would say that, but from what they've told me, that isn't an option in their system. The verification (electronic or paper) is up to the testing company and can change at any time the testing company wants.

Hi Cookderosa,
Please see the attached imaged from my ACE transcript. Hopefully this helps clarify. Perhaps that was the case at some time, but as of now it is not. This is my first time adding an attachment, so please let me know if it isn't working or if I've made a mistake.
